Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships between the Contractor network, the Club (Dispatch, Payment Processing, Auditing, Member Relations, Compliance Administration), and the Club’s Preferred Partners.
- Conduct regular in-person contractor visits to build relationships, communicate and reinforce AAA program standards, as well as monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support Field Consultants on business relationship techniques, independent contractor onboarding and territory planning. Provide feedback and recommendations to Management.
- Collaborate with partner departments to develop strategies that support road service delivery improvement across all markets.
- Develop action plans to ensure minimum facility requirements and AAA standards are met.
- Analyze territory performance and seasonal resource requirements to ensure service levels are met.
- Manage new contractor process, including recruitment, screening, selection, and onboarding. Partner with other Field Team members to help successfully attract and onboard new prospective affiliates to expand service offerings.
- Provide contractor consulting services regarding operational efficiency, financial performance, and viability.
- Support deployment of Road Service systems, technology, and equipment, (e.g., Dispatch system, apps, radios, tablets, testers).
- Prepare materials and coordinate contractor group meetings, including operational review meetings, workgroups, club events, and recognition events.
- Research industry best practices and technologies and share with peers and contractors.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business concentration or 5 years relevant experience
Valid driver’s license required
Experience:
Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
5 years successful Customer Service experience required
5 years Using financial and performance metrics
5 years Account Management experience preferred

Compensation: The annual pay range for this position is $70,000 and $80,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, shift differentials and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives.
