Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding service to members to create totally satisfied member experiences and loyalty to AAA.
- Collaborating with manager to set individual monthly travel sales goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Promoting and selling AAA products and services, including AAA memberships, Visa, credit card, utilizing the AAA sales process to determine member needs and provide the best recommendations.
- Utilizing expertise to answer member questions relating to destinations where more information is needed.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with other departments and adapting to changing processes and travel industry trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong knowledge of domestic geography preferred.
- A working knowledge of computer software and ability to effectively navigate multiple systems.
- The ability to work flexible schedules as required to meet business needs.
- The ability to perform routine office tasks and physical functions consistent with travel.

Compensation
The mid-market salary range for this position is $19.32 per hour to $21.47 per hour, plus incentives. Starting salary is dependent on several factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, and skills required.
