Parking Operations Manager responsible for the management of a premier blended-use development. This role will supervise several salary management employees, hourly valets, and may supervise non-exempt employees as well.
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence in a high-end environment to oversee a premier mixed-use destination with luxury retail, dining, office and residential spaces. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of parking operations, employee supervision, and overall site logistics to ensure a seamless experience for tenants, guests, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of a luxury mixed-use property, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.
Lead and manage parking staff, optimizing performance and maintaining a polished, professional presence.
Implement and enforce operational policies, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Foster strong relationships with tenants, retail partners, and high-profile clientele.
Analyze and improve revenue streams, budgeting, and cost management for parking operations.
Maintain a seamless guest experience, upholding the prestige of a high-end location.
