Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various manufacturing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the recycling center. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools and machinery is essential, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various machinery, including skid steer, backhoe, loader, excavator, material handler, rollback and bin truck.
- Pick up and move scrap, bins and vehicles.
- Conduct quality checks.
- Go to business and residences to pick up vehicles and metal bins.
- Pull parts from vehicles with minimal damage to vehicles.
- Be able to use an excavator to load semi's with metal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with heavy equipment, rollback.
- Knowledge of vehicles and parts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all tasks performed.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
