Responsibilities
- Operating machinery: Skillfully maneuvering and controlling various types of heavy equipment based on project requirements.
- Site preparation: Clearing land, digging trenches, and shaping terrain as needed.
- Material handling: Loading and transporting materials like dirt, rock, and gravel using the appropriate equipment.
- Quality control: Ensuring work meets project specifications and standards.
- Maintenance and inspection: Performing routine checks on equipment, identifying potential issues, and conducting minor repairs.
- Safety compliance: Following all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment and maintaining awareness of surroundings.
- Communication: Coordinating with other crew members and supervisors to execute tasks effectively.
