AAA Timberline is a full chimney restoration, venting, and hearth service business. We are looking for bricklayers/chimney technicians that want to be part of growing organization that are looking for a career.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the masonry processes. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage daily operations on-site, including scheduling tasks and monitoring progress.
- Assist in budgeting for projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Oversee project scheduling to maintain timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide accurate construction estimates and updates.
Skills
- Skilled masonry
- Experience with Bluebeam for project documentation and management.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Competence in budgeting practices related to construction projects.
- Ability to perform construction estimating accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
