What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at AAA TLC Healthcare?
Job Description
Main Duties.
- Receives requests for Home Care Services from Supervisors or Patient Coordinators and schedules/reschedules Caregivers based on case required.
- Confirms Caregivers availability and understanding of the case.
- Communicates results to office staff and proper channels.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining schedule in our system (Filemaker Pro) as necessary.
- Confirms /updates history from time to time.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining client and caregiver information in our system.
- Listens and pacifies caregivers whenever they had a problem with the clients.
- Coordinate with Patient Coordinator for needed information for Caregivers, LVN and RNs.
- Resource to new staffer.
- On call person every 2-3 nights/week and if necessary.
- On call person every Holidays.
- Acts as a person in charge every Sunday then report to Supervisor if necessary.
-Checks Caregivers schedule every Sunday.
-Handles New Client and staff them as necessary.
-Verifies schedules with clients as well as Caregivers.
Interviewing/Recruiting
- Responsible for using appropriate selection techniques in hiring caregivers.
- Responsible for ensuring that all New Hire Paperwork is processed in a timely manner and for safekeeping.
- Completes References Checks in a timely manner.
- Responsible for explaining companys benefit to new applicants during interview.

Receptionist
- Assists Receptionist on phone calls, Transferring calls to specific person.
Assisting Accounting Department
- Assisting Employee on signing up on CoAdvantage
- Follow up Employees when necessary
- Verifying Employees Legal Document on CoAdvantage
