Position Overview
As a Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring the safe movement of goods within our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently according to company standards
- Inspect shipments to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and quality of goods
- Move items using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually (training provided)
- Organize materials and store them in designated areas within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist in inventory management by helping to track stock levels and assist with periodic inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or freight handling environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying shipments
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required
- Forklift certification is a plus (training available)

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
