Position Summary
As a Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of materials. Your contributions will directly support the timely and accurate execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using safe lifting techniques
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Secure materials to prevent damage during transport or storage
- Inspect shipments and report damages or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of materials handled
- Keep loading and staging areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends when needed
