AAA USA is looking to fill the position of Bench Structures Mechanic, in Little Rock Arkansas.
Description
Build aircraft parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies using blueprints, CATIA models, company standards and/or work instructions.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works from blueprints, CATIA models, company standards, work instructions and performs calculations using shop math to fabricate parts, complete assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Modifies completed assemblies and sub-assemblies per engineering drawings.
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures.

Position Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in metal or composites, or related experience, or training from a technical school or military training.
- Able to work from blueprints, sketches or diagrams.
- Able to set up and operate all standard shop equipment.
- Must have required hand tools.
- Able to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must not be allergic to resins, aluminum dust, glues, epoxy adhesives or fiberglass.
- Able to stand approximately 8 hours a day.
- Able to work well with other team members
