Position Summary :
AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Little Rock, Arkansas that shapes the future by designing and building military aircraft, business jets and space systems. We are looking for experienced Cabinet Electrical / Components Installer who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!
As a Cabinet Electrical / Components Installer you will be responsible for wire and assemble aircraft cabinets and associated components / wire switch panels and various aircraft overhead and cabinet panels. Troubleshoot and repair as needed using common hand tools, electrical tools, and test instruments.
Essential Functions :
- Interpret and follow complex wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Route and shape wires for harness build up.
- Utilize standard wire binding devices in harness fabrication and installation.
- Perform pin-to-pin continuity / power checks on ac and dc systems using volt / ohm meters to achieve fault isolation and repair.
- Perform harness manufacturing, installation, and termination in accordance with specified data and standards.
- Solder electrical components in accordance with DFJC standards.
- Install avionics ac and dc audio and video components and related systems in aircraft cabinets and insures correct operation.
- Wire aircraft water systems and insures proper operation.
