Position Summary:
Essential Functions:
- Operates multiple pieces of metrology equipment including CMMs, vision systems, etc.
- Programs measurement equipment using inspection software such as PolyWorks, PC-DMIS, etc.
- Develops, maintains, and generates CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
- Ensure all inspection tools and gauges are in proper working condition.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a CMM Programmer/Operator in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.
- Proficiency in PC-DMIS or similar CMM programming software.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprints, and metrology principles.
- Experience with manual measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
