Position Summary :

AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Duluth, Minnesota that produces composite "fiberglass" parts such as Wings, Fuselages, Horizontals, and their accompanying parts for the Cirrus SR20, SR22 piston airplane, and the SF50 Vision Jet.

We are looking for experienced Aircraft Interior Installers who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!

Essential Functions :

• Prepares composite aircraft parts with high quality and strong attention to detail.
• A successful Entry Exterior Finisher will learn the skills of finishing the exterior surfaces per our production process.
• Exterior Finishers will be trained in various finishing techniques.

Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., wear a respirator and protective equipment as required, work in a fast paced team environment,
• Familiarization with body / paint / finishing hand tools and a mechanical experienced background is a plus
• Basic ability to use a computer to access / use company electronic data & software.
• Manual Dexterity : You will need to use your hands with precision on small items and in small spaces.
• All new hires will be required to successfully complete the company basic production training course and demonstrate proficiency in the skills required for manufacturing.
