As a Leisure Travel Agent you will become an expert guide for our clients and help plan the vacation of their dreams while selling a full range of travel products and services. In this position, you will build relationships with your clientele while serving as a consultant. In addition, you will counsel clients on all aspects of travel planning to research, literature, maps and assistance with visas. You will also provide air, car, hotel, cruise, and tour reservations and offer general problem-resolution support to client while on their travels.

If the following describes you...

• 1 to 2 years experience selling Leisure Travel
• Strong geographical knowledge, travel school is a plus
• Comfort with computerized reservations systems to include Apollo-Focalpoint
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook
• Solid communication skills - both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfort providing sales through service
• Motivated and enjoy being recognized for your successes
• Flexible and able to work independently or in a team setting

SALARY

The hourly pay rate for the position ranges from $18 - $18.69

Eligible for commission based on sales production

Eligible for annual company wide discretionary incentive
