Operational Oversight and Efficiency – Develop and implement strategies and change initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Maintain a robust network of club-owned and third-party service providers. Oversee service provider performance through a dedicated team. Ensure compliance with standards and drive continuous improvement. Identify and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Leadership - Identify, recruit, and retain top-performing employees while managing non-performing employees in accordance with company policy. Motivate, train, and develop staff to achieve high performance, providing timely, constructive feedback regarding work progress and performance. Make well-informed decisions, demonstrate initiative, use sound judgment, and exhibit autonomy.

Sales Management - Drive sales growth through the Club's battery, tire, and Approved Auto Repair programs by developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to promote and enhance sales initiatives. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide training and support to staff to ensure effective sales techniques and customer service.

Planning and Project Management - Organize strategies into actionable plans that align with organizational or member needs. Prioritize projects and issues based on potential impact. Delegate tasks effectively and take ownership of Club initiatives to ensure progress.

Financial Management – Develop and manage the department's annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning. Review and analyze P&L statements to monitor financial performance. Identify and implement cost-saving measures. Collaborate with finance teams for accurate reporting and compliance. Provide financial insights to senior management to drive growth and efficiency.
Job Specific Requirements
Equivalent work experience in automotive industry will be considered in lieu of degree
Business skills corresponding with the duties of a professional manager and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
Thorough knowledge of Club Operations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Ability to direct and manage associates across multiple locations.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet the requirements of the position.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone
Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time
Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs
Starting pay range: $123,204 to $144,946

Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
Experience

10 years:
Experience in automotive or operations management, with leadership experience.
