Job Description:
A door-to-door canvasser is responsible for engaging with individuals in residential neighborhoods to promote our company and set leads. This role involves direct interaction with the public to help set up appointments for estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Residents: Knock on doors to introduce our company and try and pitch them to set for a appointment.
- Distribute Materials: Hand out flyers, brochures, or other promotional materials.
- Collect Information: Gather contact details and setting up appointment.
- Answer Questions: Provide information and answer any questions residents may have.
- Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls or visits to potential customers.
- Report Back: Provide feedback and data collected manager on performance,
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages and persuade individuals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and handle rejection gracefully.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to walk and stand for extended periods.
