America's Auto Auction - Columbus Fair is looking for an outstanding Full-Time Inside Sales Coordinator. The Inside Coordinator is responsible for organizing all pick-up orders from various sources. They will set up weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged and Disabled Sale on a weekly basis. This individual exhibits superior customer service at all times.
What You Will Do:
- Assist walk in dealers and answer incoming sales department phone calls.
- Organize and set sale for each week.
- Manage sale board during week to maintain proper sale lane usage.
- Monitor and respond to registration/sales/transportation and sales day text chats.
- Ensure timely, efficient pick-up of dealer vehicles.
- Work with transportation of all qualified dealer vehicles to the auction.
- Open recon/mechanic shop work orders for any dealer vehicles.
- Review condition reports are properly processed and sent.
- Selling of auction services to dealers.
- Maintain inventory folders to keep the department well organized.
- Work auction inventory each week to keep abandoned dealer inventory controlled.
- Assist in obtaining all pertinent floor prices and lights from the various dealers to be represented.
- Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
- Communicate with dealers about cars to run for the following week.
- Send final post sale reports, bills of sales to dealers that have requested those.
- Push no sales to OVE and work with digital team on listing and sales.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales and customer service experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.
- Should be highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve.
