JOB SUMMARY:     

The Digital Sales Representative’s overall focus is to maximize business performance and generate revenue by being a partner to the Auction and the Dealers.   Building relationships with dealers so that they utilize our auctions to sell and purchase automobiles in a well-perceived and positive manner.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  1. Engage with Dealers both at the Auction and at the Dealers sites
  2. Maximize Sales Productivity
  3. Maintain a Sales Territory collaborating with Dealers in those areas and at the auctions
  4. Execute Sales Strategies
  5. Document in the Sales Systems visits to customers
  6. Provide exceptional customer service
  7. Efficient and professional handling of customers major issues/concerns.
  8. Develops, coordinates and implements themes for auctions.
  9. Win new dealer business.
  10. Daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  11. Follow-up of new leads.
  12. Coordination of special promotional sales with clients.
  13. Exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.
  14. All other duties associated with the position and the Auction

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:      

  • Minimum of 5 years previous sales experience - Automobile Industry preferred    
  • Should be highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined. 
  • Strong Computer skills including CRM's, Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication.   Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
