Network Cloud Operations Engineer

As a Network Cloud Operations Engineer, you will focus on the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure regarding from the networking aspect. This role is crucial for enhancing efficiency and ensuring scalability in cloud operations while supporting the cloud solutions architect and engineers.

What You'll Do:

• You’ll provide advanced support to Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for escalated network issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• You’ll develop comprehensive network design specifications and architecture plans that meet business needs and industry standards.
• You’ll Install, configure, and deploy network solutions for various projects and technological enhancements.
• By ensuring high availability and optimal network performance, you will handle complex IP routing and protocols.
• You’ll maintain patch levels and configuration management using automation tools and product-specific software.
• You will operate multivendor environments working with routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies in a multivendor setting. 

What You'll Need:

• To thrive in this role, you will need extensive proven experience in network design and hands-on support of enterprise IP networks.
• You have a strong understanding of compliance rules to keep systems secure by resolving vulnerabilities and documenting false positives.
• You are proficient technically with a deep understanding of business unit networks and device configurations.
• Your proficient in scripting languages like Ansible, Python, and PowerShell for automation tasks.
• You have Agile Methodology Experience, familiar with working in environments driven by Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• You have practical knowledge of AWS and Azure foundation services related to computing, network, storage, content delivery, administration and security, deployment and management, and automation technologies
• You will need excellent presentation skills in order to communicate with management.
