Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Translate and facilitate communication in English and Mandarin.
- Organize high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
- Support strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle sensitive business and financial information with discretion and integrity.
- Anticipate needs, identify challenges, and provide solutions in a high-pressure environment.
- Draft reports, presentations, and executive summaries as needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors, travel agencies, and external service providers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a multinational or publicly listed company.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures seamlessly.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and scheduling software.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills in both languages.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
