The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and five (5) years of progressively responsible, full-time professional work experience in a college admissions or enrollment management setting.
- OR Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and seven (7) years of progressively responsible, full-time professional work experience in a college admissions or enrollment management setting.
- Ability to interpret and utilize technology-driven insights to inform strategic decisions in recruitment and admissions.
- Experience working with admissions technology platforms, CRM systems, or student engagement tools.
- Knowledge of best practices in digital recruitment and enrollment technology.
- Ability to travel to businesses, schools and other community contact locations independently
