Job Description:
Aaction Home Repairs & Restoration, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Management Project Manager with expertise in multi-family properties. This role requires strong knowledge of property management, condo associations, and tenant relations, along with experience in handling insurance claims for multi-family properties. The ideal candidate will take control of repair projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and documentation in DASH while effectively communicating with all key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee repair and restoration projects for multi-family properties, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Manage property management responsibilities, including coordinating with condo associations, property owners, and tenants.
- Handle insurance claims related to multi-family property damages, working with adjusters and property owners.
- Utilize DASH to document project progress, including notes, pictures, and key communications.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct property inspections and provide detailed assessments for repairs and maintenance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management companies and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, property codes, and insurance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Required: Experience in property management, condo associations, or multi-family housing.
- Preferred: Prior experience in restoration, construction, or insurance claims related to multi-family properties.
- Strong understanding of tenant relations and property maintenance.
- Proficiency in DASH or similar project management software. (Recommended)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
