Job Description:
Aaction Home Repairs & Restoration, Inc., an industry leading restoration company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Estimator to join our team. As an Insurance Estimator, you will be the main sales driver, responsible for assessing and estimating restoration projects using platforms like Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick. Our company collaborates with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Insurance Companies, requiring strict adherence to their guidelines. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in restoration estimating.
Responsibilities:
- Estimation: Write accurate and detailed estimates for restoration projects using platforms like Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.
- Sales Leadership: Act as the primary sales driver, following up with approvals from all parties involved in the restoration process.
- Communication: Confirm deductibles and maintain effective communication with coordinators, internal teams, TPAs, and Insurance Companies.
- On-Site Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections as set by coordinators, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
- Guideline Adherence: Ensure compliance with guidelines set by TPAs and Insurance Companies.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of estimates, changes, and project details.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to guarantee estimates align with industry standards and client expectations.
- Experience: Utilize your expertise in restoration estimating to contribute to the success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restoration estimating, showcasing expertise in platforms like Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.
- Familiarity with guidelines and processes set by TPAs and Insurance Companies.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and coordinators.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
