What would you do as our Machine Operator?
Operate heavy machinery to tolerance and profiles determined by our customers and obtain production goals.
You would also :
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture door frame components according to production specifications and blueprints.
- Operate press brake and shear machines to shape and cut metal components, maintaining precise dimensions and tolerances.
- Use spot welding equipment to assemble door frame components as specified, ensuring secure and precise welds in accordance with safety and quality.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately produce components to required dimensions and standards.
- Inspect finished components and assembled door frames for defects, dimensions, and alignment. Ensure that all work meets company and industry standards.
- Perform routine cleaning, minor adjustments, and preventive maintenance on assigned machines to ensure peak performance and report any mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work area.
