Role: Application Support Engineer
Columbus, OH (Relocation is fine people should be committed)
W2 Candidates Visa Open
Must have skill: Application Support, Splunk, AWS, Scripting languages (Bash, shell, Python will work)
Technical Skills
- Language Agnostic majority is Java though
- Monitoring Any tools from Splunk/Dynatrace/Datadog that uses to check log
- Should have understanding and experience of Code deployment and Post deployment automation
- Unix/Windows/Linux environment
- Ticket management systems will be managing SNOW tickets
- Scripting languages (Bash, shell, Python will work)
- Cloud platform experience
- Understanding of Container
Soft Skills: VERY IMPORTANT
- Good Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Decision making (Need to be able to know when to ask and reach out)
Good to have skills (Since they are moving forward towards this):
- SRE/DevOps capabilities
- Kubernetes
- AWS
