Develop and modify HMI applications with an intense dedication to ensure reliable and innovative machine interfaces.

Reasearch industry standards and trends to enhance functionality and performance.

Create and maintain accurate documentation for new and existing HMI systems.

Design intuitive HMI applications that improve operator efficiency and ease of use.

Train internal and external customers on the HMI functionality and documentation.

Gather feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate information for the HMI development.

Update and enforce Aagard standards for HMI applications and documentation.

Address customer feedback to ensure usability and continuous improvement.

Core Accountabilities

• Recommend and implement best practices to prioritize safety, improve productively, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and vendors, representing Aagard accurately and positively.
• Perform additional duties assigned.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Associates degree in related field plus one-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Exposure to FactoryTalk View Studio and/or FactoryTalk Optix Studio.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and methods, primarily with Allen-Bradley software products.
• Ability to view and understand CAD drawings and use of Aagard software.
• Strong prioritization, time management, organization, proactive decision-making, and attention to detail.
