Core Accountabilities

- Recommend and implement best practices to prioritize safety, improve productively, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and vendors, representing Aagard accurately and positively.
- Perform additional duties assigned.
- Associates degree in related field plus one-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Exposure to FactoryTalk View Studio and/or FactoryTalk Optix Studio.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and methods, primarily with Allen-Bradley software products.
- Ability to view and understand CAD drawings and use of Aagard software.
- Strong prioritization, time management, organization, proactive decision-making, and attention to detail.
