Serve as a trusted resource for team members, answering questions on payroll, benefits, policies, and procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Human Resources Operations and Compliance
Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved weekly.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistence.
Assist with team celebrations and engagement initiatives.
- Greet and Welcome Guests
Order and maintain office supplies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field plus 2 years human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Professional Human Resource Certification preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment helpful.
- Requires a perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Experience with Microsoft products including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as required.
