Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our pre-team and bronze level gymnasts.
- Prepare and attend weekend competitions with the team.
- Follow and adapt lesson plans as needed.
- Develop positive relationships with gymnasts, offering motivational support and guidance.
- Assist with the preparation of the competitive season.
- Demonstrate good leadership skills and communicate effectively with children and adults.
- Lift equipment and spot gymnasts through skills.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of technical form for competitive gymnastics.
- Enthusiastic, dependable, positive, and coachable.
- Basic knowledge and/or experience in gymnastics preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
- Ability to work well with any age group.
- Flexible to work morning hours during summer training and evening hours during the school year.
