Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Housekeeper to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Assist with mobility, lifting, and transferring of individuals as needed
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Support individuals in maintaining a healthy and safe living environment
Experience
- Experience in meal preparation and housekeeping tasks
- Knowledge of assisted living or home care practices
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals with diverse needs
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques is a plus
- Previous experience in nursing or caregiving roles is beneficial
