Duties

- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Process payments and manage medical collections as necessary.
- Assist veterinarians with patient intake, including gathering vital information about the animal's health and behavior.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Educate clients about veterinary services, preventive care, and proper pet handling techniques.
Skills

- Knowledge of veterinary terminology to facilitate effective communication with staff and clients.
