AAHOA, a leading trade association for America's hotel owners, is looking for a strategic, driven, and solution-oriented National Account Manager. Position Overview
AAHOA is seeking an experienced and dynamic National Account Manager to lead and expand sales and business development efforts across the country. This individual will drive revenue growth by managing sponsorships, partnerships, advertising sales, and exhibitor engagement for AAHOA’s events and programs. The role requires a proactive, relationship-focused professional who understands the hospitality industry and excels in strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue goals across multiple product lines, including sponsorships, conferences and trade shows.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and sponsors, ensuring long-term collaboration and repeat business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand AAHOA’s network of partners and clients.
Lead sales efforts for AAHOACON, regionally based hotel owner conferences, trade shows, and other key events, maximizing exhibitor and sponsorship participation.
Work closely with the marketing, events, and membership teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and member needs.
Manage contract negotiations with partners and sponsors to ensure mutual value and compliance with AAHOA policies.
Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates to leadership on progress, trends, and opportunities.
Stay informed about hospitality industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
