• Commercial Insurance Sales experience and P&C license required.
• Bilingual with strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Minimum of three years industry experience needed.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and can follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude that has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses fundamental knowledge of office Management Systems and CRMs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
