Responsibilities
- Driven and goal-oriented individual that possesses excellent business skills with emphasis on consultative selling.
- Prospect for new business by using leads that we provide for you on a weekly basis.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Requirements
- Commercial Insurance Sales experience and P&C license required.
- Bilingual with strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Minimum of three years industry experience needed.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently and can follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude that has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses fundamental knowledge of office Management Systems and CRMs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
