What You'll Do:
New Business Development
- Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of leads.
- Follow a consultative, value-based sales process to close new memberships.
- Showcase AAIM's membership and technology offerings through tailored demonstrations.
- Partner with product managers to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
- Achieve ambitious membership and revenue growth targets.
Existing Member Engagement
- Manage and nurture a dedicated book of business.
- Build meaningful relationships with members and provide guidance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance their HR operations and recommend solutions.
- Help members achieve success by leveraging AAIM's full suite of services.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure long-term retention.
Professional Development
- Represent AAIM at industry and community events to expand our reach and reputation.
- Stay ahead of HR trends, best practices, and innovations to maintain your expertise.
- Establish yourself as a trusted thought leader in the HR space.
Administrative Excellence
- Keep Salesforce (CRM) updated with accurate member activity and plans.
- Use data and reports to develop strategies aligned with AAIM's priorities.
- Support members at events and ensure all sales-related tasks are completed seamlessly.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of consultative sales experience focused on new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- HCM Software Sales or Business Development experience in the B2B
- Knowledge of HR services and industry trends.
Skills You'll Bring:
- Strong planning, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Tech-savvy mindset, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
