Providing customized HR tools and resources for businesses of any size, AAIM Employers' Association supports its member organizations through outstanding HR services and support.
We are currently seeking a human resource professional to support onsite at our member's facility located in Jacksonville, FL. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexibility as a consultant with the roll-up your sleeves mindset of a hands-on HR practitioner.
What background is best suited for this opportunity?
- HR professionals with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner, preferably supporting within the manufacturing, production, warehouse or distribution industries.
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources discipline, or similar
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a strong preference
- Experience supporting employees directly with the mindset to step up and get it done : answering questions, finding solutions, and providing excellent communication along the way
- Availability of working at our client's Jacksonville, FL location multiple days per week. Being onsite will be critical to success.
- Open for a long-term engagement, starting immediately!
What will this role be asked to do?
AAIM Consultants work hands-on with AAIM members, assisting them with a full range of Human Resources and Organizational Development projects. Engagements may offer variability in work-from-home, on-site and hybrid schedules, and vary in length between intermittent projects and long-term support. Consultants will be self-employed, however, will receive the benefit of AAIM's investment in business development, marketing, HR resources, and billing administration - allowing you to focus on effective HR consulting! Additionally, when a Consultant is working with an AAIM member, they have access to the entirety of AAIM's resources in order to best support any initiative the organization may have!
Ideally, practitioners that AAIM partners with maintain HRCI and / or SHRM certification and have previous consulting experience. We are looking for partners that have excellent customer services skills, high attention to detail, are self-motivated and collaborative!
