We're looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to keep our office humming and support our amazing team. This full-time position is based in a casual, inclusive, and fun office environment where employees are valued and member success is our top priority.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll :
- Be the friendly voice answering calls and the welcoming face greeting visitors.
- Keep things running smoothly by managing mail, office supplies, and event spaces.
- Help organize and prep materials for meetings and events.
- Order, set up, and break down food and beverages for events (because who doesn't love snacks?).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment.
- Jump in to assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
