Extrusion Blow Mold Operator Duties
- Set up and operate extrusion molding machines according to specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections of molded parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for production processes.
- Assemble components as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or defects in the manufacturing process.
Extrusion Blow Mold Operator Experience
- Previous experience in extrusion blow mold is recommended.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and precision measuring instruments is essential.
- Experience in machining or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Experience in management.
- Knowledge of logic controllers used in manufacturing processes is beneficial.
