We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, assembly line management, and mechanical knowledge. *Responsibilities*
- Manage daily production activities to ensure efficient operations within the manufacturing facility.
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee production line processes, ensuring that products are printed/assembled accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and machinery, utilizing mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline production workflows and resolve any operational challenges.
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- All other duties assigned.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
- Familiarity with production/assembly line processes and factory operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve production goals.
- Regularly required to balance; stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear, lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
