Due to growth, Aalberts Surface Technologies is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Defiance, OH ! There are openings on both 2 nd and 3 rd shift. 2 nd shift hours are 4pm-12am and 3rs shift hours are 12am-8am.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for ensuring corporate integrity within their area of expertise.

Responsible for implementing the philosophy of total quality and the use of quality control (statistical problem solving and customer service) techniques within their position.

Responsible for determining and receiving on-going training required for quality performance in job function in this position.

Responsible for the coordination of maintenance priorities and schedules with the Plant Manager.

Responsible for the determination, implementation, and execution of preventative maintenance programs and emergency breakdowns including robotic systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, control systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.

Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Fanuc Robotic Controls and Vision System.

Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Allen Bradley and Rockwell controls for trouble shooting.

Responsible for determination, requisition, and inventorying of maintenance supplies, materials, and inventories in conjunction with the Plant Manager.

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Plex inventory and preventative maintenance.

Responsible for the documentation of all maintenance activity per specific shift.
