Description
The Office Manager is responsible for all front office functions within the plant facility. As part of the leadership team, this position works closely with all employees on the production floor and interacts with all levels of management within the plant and in our corporate office.
Essential Function(s) of the Position :
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Assist employees with various payroll / benefits inquiries
- Track and maintain payroll information and reporting on a weekly basis
- Enter invoices into payables system on a weekly basis
- Enter purchase orders and close out billing
- Order supplies as necessary for the plant facility and office team
- Plan and organize employee events (celebration lunches, Holiday parties, summer BBQ's, etc.)
- Work with staffing agencies to review candidates, set up interviews, and track hours for temporary employees
- Other duties as required or assigned
