We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring proper body mechanics and safety precautions
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding according to dietary guidelines
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and promote social interaction
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client confidentiality
- Follow established care plans and document client progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Familiarity with resident rights and advocacy
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Help our members the elderly and disabled clients remain independent in their own homes. Aall Care Home Health have Immediate openings for home care aide/HTS's/personal care assistants. NO CERTIFICATION OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED - on the job training available, we will train you. Flexible schedules, full-time, part-time available. Job duties may include: Provide compassionate companionship to patients, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, meal preparation, and other personal care assistance per individual care plan.
