Job Description
- Supports Production operations with all maintenance and repairs for electrical and mechanical problems such as (but not limited to) preferred 3-axis CNC mills, conveyors, machine automation, and robots.
- Analyzes, solves problems, and maintains all plant equipment using sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology.
- Works from available mechanical and electrical drawings and equipment specifications and schematics.
- Assists with research of parts as necessary.
- Performs preventative, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance per work orders.
- Reads and interprets safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, quality documents, set-up instructions, blueprints, and electrical prints.
- Completes charts and other simple documents to communicate to the team.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by staying in sync with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1-2 years of CNC experience and 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and equipment.
- Ability to drive a forklift, scissor lift, and articulating arm boom truck.
- Validated experience and ability to use standard maintenance and electrical repair tools and equipment, and operate lifting equipment, computer terminals, and other tools/equipment.
- Experience with troubleshooting.
- Availability and willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as requested.
- Experience with Fanuc robots for recovery and point adjustment.
- Allen Bradley and Siemens experience.
