Job Description
- Assist Finance Department in general account duties
- Assist in updating and analysis of plant daily reports
- Assist with the management of expense report handling and payments
- Assist with maintenance and data entry into the Oracle ERP system
- Assist with recordkeeping and documentation control for Sarbanes-Oxley including data collection and auditing inputs journal entries as required
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Candidates must be enrolled as a full-time student from an accredited college or university
- Degree field must be related to finance, accounting or other related majors
- Graduation date of December 2026 or later, preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracy of information.
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other programs used by various AAM departments.
- Must be available to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the school year
