What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Assistant Manager position at AAMCI?
AMCI is seeking a dynamic person to join our team as a part time Leasing Agent/Receptionist at a 124-unit Section 8/Tax Credit community in Maryville.
Part time up to 29 hours per week, $16.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience
The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8/Tax Credit rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing of qualified households to increase occupancy
- Answer telephone inquires - busy multi phone lines
- Lease vacant units
- Interview potential applicants
- Assist with third-party verifications
- Follow-up with applicants
- Submit files as needed for compliance
- Intake of work orders
- Data entry and correspondence
Qualifications necessary for success:
- Minimum of 1 year leasing experience
- Customer Service
- Organized
- Yardi Voyager experience (preferred)
- Microsoft office experience (preferred)
