Compensation Plan
- Hourly Rate starts between $20.00- $30.00 per hour, depending on certifications and experience (40 hours guaranteed)
- Performance Bonuses up to $42.50 per hour
- Paid Weekly

QUALIFICATIONS
- For a regular technician: 1 year of experience working in an automotive shop, but 3 years is preferred
- Certified Technician: 10 years of experience preferred, as well as ASE Certifications
