Job Responsibilities:
- Develop process and procedures for Franchisees with multiple locations.
- Work closely with Regional Support Managers and Franchisees to drive Sales and Profit.
- Create and manage center visit and business reviews process.
- Verify and advise on Brand Standards across Franchisee enterprise.
- Leverage support department to ensure smooth operations from the multi-unit franchisee
- Conduct Center level and Enterprise level P&L reviews.
