Aamira Home Care is seeking a Home Care RN Supervisor to join our team. This position is a hybrid role that allows for a combination of in-person and remote work. Job Expectations : Complete Initial assessments of clients and develop individualized care plans. Maintain ongoing assessment in case supervision of Aamira's clients, assuring an accurate evaluation of patient needs. Responsible for supervising and monitoring the performance and skills of field employees, assuring the delivery of quality health care services. Maintain current and accurate client records in accordance with Caregiver's policies and procedures. May assist in the selection, orientation, development and evaluation of home health care employees, assuring compliance with legal and Aamira's standards. Maintain effective liaison with agency personnel and community health organizations.
