Job Description :
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need of extra assistance with daily activities and necessities
- Assist with companionship, bathing, toileting, ambulation, and other activities of daily living
- Perform glucose testing, blood pressure monitoring, and other health-related tasks as needed
- Provide specialized care for seniors, individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia, and those in need of palliative care
- Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Assist with laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks

Benefits :Salary : Minimum : $32,000.00
Maximum : $44,000.00
