Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to help us meet our aggressive sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will work directly with the VP of Sales to build a plan of action to reach out and engage with new prospects.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, conducting market analysis, and developing strategic partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline. Your main goal will be to create positive connections with prospects that will lead them to connect with one of our solutions experts.

Duties And Responsibilities
Researching and developing a list of potential prospective clients
- Cold calling/emailing/socially connecting with targeted accounts and contacts inside targeted accounts
- Creating and delivering engaging product demonstrations
- Using Aaniie's marketing and sales enablement collateral, you will resource prospects during their buying journey
- Maintain an updated list of current targets with accurate scores and interaction information
- Consistently building and implementing a nurturing plan for those prospects who are not currently ready to purchase but have a high likelihood of partnering with Aaniie in the future
- Create clear and concise information on each client who is ready to meet with an Aaniie Solutions Executive in a more in-depth discovery call
- Achieve and exceed quotas set by the VP of Sales
- Use Zoho CRM to keep your performance and funnel organized.
Required Experience/Skills
· 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Ability to thrive inside a hard-driving, fun, goal-oriented sales environment
- Experience creating a welcoming environment for customers
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
· Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in CRM software and Google Office suite
Nice-to-Haves
- Past work with a sales CRM—preferably Zoho
- Previous experience in an inside sales/cold-calling environment
Education
· Bachelor's degree and experience in business, marketing, or a related field
