Job Description
We are looking to talented and dynamic Office Service Associate II, also referred to as a Fulfillment Associate, is responsible for processing filings and document orders with state government agencies
Skill / Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, processing, or production roles.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an integral part of a team.
- Proficiency in various computer software applications and spreadsheets.
- Excellent poise, tact, and diplomacy in professional interactions.
- Strong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials, as well as prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos effectively.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product line, internal systems, processes, and jurisdictional rules and regulations to effectively serve clients.
- Handle incoming questions or issues related to the company’s products and services.
- Review and fulfill incoming requests efficiently and accurately.
- Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational success.
- Participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
