Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our team on a part-time, onsite basis. In this role, you will assist with legal and compliance services by managing day-to-day customer interactions and supporting backend operational tasks.
Skill / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and apply it to meet customer needs.
- Sound decision-making skills, exercising discretion and judgment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Log and mail/email communications to customers.
- Perform data entry and review for accuracy and completeness.
- File annual reports with state agencies.
- Review customer orders to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and key partners.
- Perform other backend/clerical tasks as assigned.
